Harold Bristow, DVM

Dr. Harold Bristow graduated from Illinois in 1968 and served as an army veterinarian for 3 years before going into private practice. He worked one year in Altamont before working with Dr. Stowe. In 1973, Dr. Gehrig and Dr. Bristow founded the Greenville Veterinary Clinic.

Dr. Bristow’s interests include equine reproduction and dairy herd health. Dr. Bristow now works part time and is able to spend more free time at the farm in Girard and fishing. His other interests include collecting Hopalong Cassidy memorabilia, Indian artifacts, and researching genealogy.
