Emergencies:

If you have a critically ill or injured pet, please do not try to contact us by e-mail or through this website. Please call us directly at (618) 664-0640.  If it is after-hours, please call (618) 292-7567.

Appointment Policy:

Our policy is to work on an appointment basis.  We know your time is valuable and we make every effort not to keep you waiting.  We will see walk-ins and animals dropped off for care, however we do see appointments first except in cases of emergency.  If you wish to consult with a specific doctor, please let us know when you are scheduling the appointment. 

Technician Appointments:

 

Certain procedures do not require a doctor's examination and can be scheduled with one of our veterinary assistants. These include suture removals, nail trims, routine anal gland expressions, etc.

Payment Policy

 

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered.  This is necessary to meet the costs of a well equipped and fully staffed facility.  Rather than raise our fees to cover a charge system, this hospital would prefer to keep our fees as reasonable as possible.  Cost of treatment can be provided for your approval prior to treatment or surgery. 

 

Payment may be made in cash, personal check, debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover card.  We also have application forms for pet health insurance.
